So, how to play?

It is pretty simple, you just pitch a product. To make this easier you are prompted by the cards.

What are the roles?

There is one Investor and the rest of players are Entrepreneurs.

How are the cards dealt?

Deal one Pitch card in the centre for all to see and deal one Twist card to each Entrepreneur.

How do I count points?

Start by learning how to count, then give the round’s Pitch card to the winning player.

How do the cards work?

Use the Pitch and Twists in combination, for example, “A product for dogs” and “Your product must explode” could result in an exploding dog ball.

How do I Pitch?

It is surprisingly easy. In IPTY the most important part is a good/funny product. So look at the cards, think what would be funny then tell the investor about your product. Just talk, it usually works!

What if I’m an advanced pitcher?

Then try to really sell your product, explain why the Investor wants it, why it is better than the other products and try to cram in more jokes.

Is IPTY appropriate for Kids?

Yes! Just remove the cards labelled “Teen” and you should be good!
